(Due to potential flight schedules, please plan on November 3 and 14 as possible travel days when considering your travel plans.)
Base Tour Cost (includes airfare, based on double occupancy): $4,699
Single Supplement: $1,000 (Charged if you are traveling alone and don’t want to be roomed with another single)
If paying by credit card, a 3.5% charge will be added to the total cost of your registration. There is no additional charge if you’re paying by check.
There is potential for other optional charges like upgraded seats on flights, upgraded cabins on the cruise portion, shore excursions, and an extra cost if you need transportation to and from the airport.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
1st Deposit: $500 per person due February 1, 2025 (or within two days of receiving the invoice)
2nd Deposit: $1,000 per person due April 1, 2025
3rd Deposit: $1,000 per person due May 1, 2025
Final balance due July 1, 2025
IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is HIGHLY recommended that you purchase travel insurance to cover any potential interruptions to your trip because, in most cases, your payments are non-refundable. There are two main types: Trip/travel insurance (typically covers health-related issues) and cancellation insurance (an add-on to trip insurance that covers broader reasons for trip disruption or cancellation). Most policies need to be purchased within a few days of making your initial trip deposit.
